The dust-containing gas enters the dust collector from the lower part of the dust collector, and after filtering through the filter bag, the clean air is discharged by the induced draft fan. After the dust collector works for a period of time, the dust on the filter bag gradually increases, which causes the resistance of the filter bag to increase, and the dust needs to be cleaned. After the dust is cleaned, the dust collector works normally again. It is mainly used for the dust collectors of various warehouse tops, warehouse bottoms, warehouse tops and various conveying equipment discharge and dust raising points. The UF type single machine bag dust collector group adopts polyester cloth bags for closing bags, the inlet gas temperature is less than 120 degrees, the dust concentration in the inlet gas is 100g / m3, and the dust concentration in the outlet gas reaches the national emission standard.

Working principle of single-machine bag dust collector in plastic factory:

The dust-containing gas enters the filter bag room through the air inlet, and the dust-containing gas passes through the filter bag to filter into clean air and enters the air room, and then passes through the exhaust port of the clean room to be discharged by the fan. Dust accumulates on the outer surface of the filter bag and increases continuously, so that the resistance of the bag dust collector continues to rise. In order to make the resistance of the equipment not exceed 1200pa, the bag dust collector can continue to work, and the dust on the filter bag needs to be removed regularly. Deashing is to start the pulse valve regularly by the program controller, so that the compressed air (0.5-0.7Mpa) in the air bag is ejected from the nozzle of the blowing pipe (called primary air) and the surrounding air is guided by the venturi tube several times the primary air ( (Referred to as secondary air) entering the filter bag causes the filter bag to expand rapidly in an instant, and shakes off the dust with the reverse action of the airflow to achieve the purpose of cleaning.
 

Selection parameters and selection principles:

(1) The main technical parameters of dust collector selection are air volume, gas temperature, dust concentration and humidity. According to the highest values ​​of air volume, gas temperature, and dust concentration of the process design, the principle is slightly smaller than the values ​​in the technical performance table. The corresponding dust collector model is the required dust collector model.
(2) The gas consumption in the table is the situation when the merchants supply gas in a concentrated manner. For example, when the air compressor is used alone, the gas consumption in the table should be enlarged to 1.5 times.
(3) In the column of compressed air consumption, the proposed air consumption is the maximum air consumption of this type of equipment.
