Torit P191280 OEM Replacement Air Cartridge Filter

The dust filter cartridge is a star-shaped filter cartridge made of a certain length of stiff filter material folded into pleats and bonded end to end.

The filter cartridge has no cage bones and is easy to install. There are many varieties of filter cartridges, including thin and long and thick and short.


  • Slender filter cartridge (such as Φ≤160, L=1~2m) has large gaps between its pleats (such as 45 pleats), large angles, few and shallow pleats, and a filtration area 2~ larger than a filter bag with the same diameter and length. 5 times, easy to clean dust and good effect; suitable for filtration and dust removal of dust with concentration ≥15g/m, filtration wind speed 0.6~1.2m/min.


  • Short filter cartridges (such as Φ350, L=0.66m) have large diameter, short length, many pleats (120 to 350 pleats) and depth, small gaps between pleats, and large filtering area, which is 14 times larger than filter bags with the same diameter and length. ~35 times, suitable for layout in small sites and small spaces; however, due to small fold angles, dust is easy to accumulate and difficult to clean. It is suitable for filtration and dust removal with a concentration of ≤5g/m dust. The filtration wind speed should not be >0.6m/min. .

There are three ways to install the cartridge pulse dust collector: vertical, inclined, and horizontal installation.

  • Vertically Installation: During pulse cleaning, the dust is easily cleared and settled into the ash hopper, and the effect is good.

  • Angle Installation: the filter cartridges are stacked up and down, which has a compact structure and a small footprint, making it easy to change cartridges. However, when cleaning, the dust removed from the upper filter cartridge settles on the lower filter cartridge, making it difficult to remove.

  • Horizontally Intallation: the dust on the upper part of the lower filter cartridge is more difficult to remove. The tilt-mounted cartridge dust collector is suitable for small and medium-sized dust removal systems to remove non-viscous, low-concentration, coarse-grained dust, and is also suitable for the renovation of some old-fashioned bag dust collectors.
