After the dusty gas enters the dust collector through the air inlet, the airflow speed slows down, and coarse particles detach from the airflow and settle into the dust collection room. Fine dust is blocked on the outer surface of the filter cartridge when passing through the airflow, and clean gas is discharged through the air outlet; When the dust layer on the surface of the filter cartridge is thick, the pulse control instrument sends a command to open the blowing valve. The compressed air inside the air bag is sprayed out at high speed through the blowing pipe, and at the same time, it induces several times the amount of injected air to enter the filter cartridge and shoot out from inside to outside, blowing the dust on the outer surface of the filter cartridge into the dust collection room and discharging it from the ash hopper. The dust collector adopts a pulse blowing method for dust removal, which not only achieves dust removal but also does not harm the filter cartridge, thereby extending the service life of the filter cartridge. The ash cleaning process is automatically controlled by a pulse controller, which can be controlled by pressure difference or time.
