Product introduction:

The main extraction fan air filter of sintering furnace is a new type of self-cleaning air filter with automatic ash cleaning function. It is composed of imported filter paper filter cartridge, Venturi tube, self-cleaning nozzle, backblowing system, control system, clean air chamber and outlet, frame, etc. In the process of air filtration, due to the adsorption of dust, the internal and external pressure difference of the air flow flowing through the air filter element will gradually increase, when the internal and external pressure difference of the filter element is greater than a certain value, the pulse controller; That is, automatic start, it controls the pulse valve; In a very short time, the compressed air is used to carry out pulse backwashing from the inside out to each filter element to remove the accumulated dust adsorbed on the filter element; When the filter element is washed clean (that is, the internal and external pressure difference is less than a certain set value or after several cycles of backwashing), the washing process and self-stop. Because the compressed air backwashing is injected into the filter through the venturi tube, it not only consumes little air, but also has strong explosive force and good flushing effect.
