Work principle:


After the aerodynamic equipment inhales the air containing dust, it will cause the wear of the equipment, and the dust will scale on the surface of the fan blade, causing the dynamic balance of the rotor in the equipment to decrease the imbalance accuracy, so that its working life is greatly shortened, and the harmful chemical components in the dust will make the equipment rust and corrosion. Therefore, the aerodynamic equipment must be equipped with high-precision air filters. ZKL series self-cleaning air filter is improved in the domestic and foreign similar air compressor intake requirements, the current product performance fully meet the industrial gas turbine blast furnace blast air compressor intake requirements.


Filtration process: The dust-containing air is aspirated by the air compressor, inhaled from the primary coarse filter box (1), through the high efficiency filter cylinder (2), due to the combined effect of gravity inertia, diffusion, contact retention, etc., the dust is adsorbed on the high efficiency filter cylinder, the clean air enters the Venturi tube (4) through the sealing washer (3), to the clean gas chamber (5) to the air collector (6), and then is inhaled by the air compressor from the clean gas outlet pipe (7).


Self-cleaning process: After the dust air is filtered, the dust is adsorbed on the high efficiency filter cylinder, and the reverse blowing self-cleaning process is carried out by PLC according to the set time order. When the resistance loss value exceeds 600 pa, the reverse blowing self-cleaning process is controlled by PLC according to the differential pressure order (the reverse blowing time is 0.1-0.2 seconds). Other high efficiency filter cartridges work as usual, and the dust is blown back to clean itself down
