Working principle:


The outlet of the clean air chamber of the LFZK series self-cleaning air filter is connected with the inlet of the air compressor, and the processing air is sucked from the atmosphere under the action of negative pressure. The air passes through the filter cartridge and the dust is blocked by the filter material. Numerous small particles of dust form a dust film on the windward surface of the filter material. The dust film can improve the filtration effect and increase the airflow resistance. When the resistance increases to the high limit of 600Pa, the pressure difference transmitter sends the resistance signal to the computer in the pulse controller, the computer issues the command, and the self-cleaning system starts to work; After receiving the instruction, the solenoid valve controls and drives the diaphragm valve according to the program. The diaphragm valve instantly releases compressed air, and its pressure is 600 ~ 800kPa. After rectification by the nozzle, the filter cylinder is backblown inside the filter cylinder, and the dust on the outer surface of the filter material is blown off, and the resistance decreases. When the resistance reaches the initial resistance of the filter material (about 150Pa), the self-cleaning system stops working.
