The main components of the welding smoke purifier include: universal dust suction arm, high temperature resistant dust suction hose,
dust suction cover (with air volume adjustment valve), fire resistance net, flame retardant high efficiency filter element, pulse back
blowing device, pulse solenoid valve, Differential pressure gauge, clean room, activated carbon filter, heavy gray drawer combination,
flame-retardant sound-absorbing cotton, New Korean casters with brakes, fan, ABB motor and electric control box, etc.
Through the gravitational effect of the fan, the welding smoke exhaust gas is sucked into the equipment air inlet through the universal
dust hood. The equipment air inlet is equipped with a flame arrester. The spark is blocked by the flame arrester. The smoke gas enters
the sedimentation chamber. The coarse dust is directly reduced to the ash hopper, and the particulate smoke is captured on the outer
surface by the filter element. After the clean gas is filtered and purified by the filter element, it flows into the clean room from the center
of the filter element. The clean air is further purified by the activated carbon filter and then discharged through the air outlet to meet the
standard .
