1, into the end of the pre-filter wall - filter net

Two or three layers of filters are installed on the outside of the air filter, which is used to clean the production environment of the piggery and prevent the invasion and cross infection of mosquitoes, flies and mice.

The outer layer is 304 stainless steel fly repellent net with 30 mesh. The stainless steel bird repellent net with aperture of 12X12mm can be installed as the middle layer. The inner layer is 60 mesh nylon dust filter.

2, male piggery air filtration room main filtration wall

The main filter wall plays a role in blocking airborne pathogens in pig farms. The purification level in pig houses is ensured by the main filter. The matching of filtration efficiency, running wind resistance and air volume is very important.

Generally, G4 coarse filter +F9 subhigh efficiency filter is used to form the main filtration wall of the male pig house. The purification efficiency reaches L9, and the long-term purification efficiency of 0.3μm aerosol or particle is > 95%.

In order to increase the filter area and improve the service life of the filter, the main filter wall of the boar house and the boar isolation house is designed into a "several" font structure.

3. Piggery ceiling filtration system

The ceiling filtration system is installed on the small window of the piggery ventilation, which is used for the piggery ventilation in the season of low temperature under the negative pressure ventilation mode. After the air is filtered by the ceiling filtration system, it enters the pig house through the small ventilation window. According to the different air volume requirements of the pig house, different number of filter boxes are selected to be assembled.
