1. Five machines in the pretreatment production line share a set of waste gas treatment system, which adopts two-stage filtration + activated carbon adsorption + catalytic combustion desorption process, with a total disposal air volume of 60,000 m3/h;
2. The primer room and topcoat room of the special box B production line share a set of exhaust gas treatment system, which adopts water washing + dehydration device + two-stage filtration + activated carbon adsorption + catalytic combustion desorption process, and the total air volume for disposal is 100,000 m3/h;
3. The air volume of primer room, interior paint pre-coating room, middle-coat paint room, and top-coat room of the special box A production line is 35,000 m3/h each, with a total of 10 treatment systems, using dehydration device + filtration + activated carbon adsorption process, totaling The total disposal air volume is 140,000 m3/h;
4. The disposal air volume of the standard box production line is 35,000 m3/h*2 for the primer room, 50,000 m3/h*2 for the inner paint room, 50,000 m3/h*2 for the middle paint room, and 50,000 m3/h*2 for the top paint room. The disposal air volume is 50,000 m3/h*4, with a total of 10 sets of treatment systems, using dehydration device + filtration + carbon tank technology, with a total disposal air volume of 470,000 m3/h.
