Working principle:
Filtration process: The air containing dust is aspirated by the air compressor, inhaled from the coarse filter box of the filter, through the filter cylinder, due to the combined effect of gravity inertia, diffusion, contact retention, etc., the dust is adsorbed on the filter cylinder, and the clean air enters the Venturi tube through the seal washer, joins the clean air chamber to the air collector, and then is inhaled by the air compressor from the clean air outlet pipe.
Self-cleaning process: After the dusty air is filtered, the dust is adsorbed on the filter cylinder, and the reverse blowing self-cleaning process is carried out by PLC according to the set time order. When the resistance loss value exceeds 600 pa, the reverse blowing self-cleaning process is controlled by PLC according to the differential pressure order (the reverse blowing time is 0.1-0.2 seconds). The other filters work as usual, and the dust is blown back to clean itself.
