Product introductions:

Outdoor self-cleaning air filter is composed of filter cylinder, clean air chamber, pulse self-cleaning compressed air distribution pipe, intake protective net, skirt plate, steel frame, electronic control instrument, PLC and so on. Under the suction negative pressure of the compressor, the self-cleaning air filter inhales the ambient air, due to the combined effect of gravity, static electricity, contact resistance, inertial diffusion, etc., the dust in the air is deposited on the outer surface of the filter cartridge filter material, and the clean air is confluent in the clean air chamber and enters the compressor through the outlet pipe. When the PLC issues a self-cleaning command, the solenoid valve will instantly open for about 0.1 to 0.2 seconds, send a pulse air flow, and blow away the dust on the outer surface of the filter cylinder by spraying and backblowing. This backblowing self-cleaning process is intermittent, with only three to four cartridges in a backblowing self-cleaning state at a time, and the rest of the more cartridges continue to work. Therefore, the self-cleaning air filter has an online self-cleaning function to ensure the continuous work of the air compressor.
