Bag dust collector is a kind of dry dust filtering device. It is suitable for capturing fine, dry, non-fibrous dust. Dust bag is made of textile filter cloth or non-textile felt, using the filtering effect of fiber fabrics to filter the dusty gas. When the dusty gas enters into the bag filter, the dust with large particles and large specific gravity will settle down and fall into the dust hopper due to gravity, and when the gas containing fine dust passes through the filter material, the dust will be blocked, so that the gas will be purified.
Commonly used dust bag for cloth bag dust collector:
1, polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) needle felt dust bag:
The material is chemically stable, almost not subject to any acid, alkali erosion, the use of temperature up to 250 ℃ / 280 ℃ (continuous / instantaneous), and very easy to clear the ash, very adaptable to the treatment of boiler dust gas in power plants. But the price of the dust bag is high, dust removal equipment, a larger investment, the general user is difficult to accept.
2, fluorine beauty (FMS) needled felt dust bag:
The material is glass fiber and PPS, P84, N0MEX and other physical composite filter media, the material price is relatively low, the use of temperature up to 260 ℃, not affected by changes in boiler temperature; composition of the filter media fiber after chemical treatment, but also to deal with boiler combustion exhaust . However, due to its main component is glass fiber, poor folding resistance, resulting in a shorter service life of the filter media (generally less than 1 year), the filtration accuracy (dust removal efficiency) is poor. Therefore, the filter media can only be used as a short-term behavior. In addition, due to the domestic manufacturers of unregulated competition and no manufacturing testing standards, the quality of the filter media is very uneven, now the boiler is basically not used.
3, polyphenylene sulfide needle felt dust bag:
Polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) filter media is a strong acid resistance, strong alkali resistance, solvent resistance, hydrolysis resistance performance of chemical materials, and in terms of chemical resistance is second only to PTFE. in all solutes are not dissolved, it is impossible to hydrolytic erosion, its fiber production by melting - weaving - process. The material has a melting point of 286°C and a critical oxygen index (LOI) of 34. It is therefore flame retardant and hydrolysis resistant. The use temperature of this filter material is generally <160°C, and it is widely used in baghouse dust collectors.
